A UK lodge has been rescued after collapsing into administration, with 60 jobs saved. Mersey View Pleasure Grounds Restricted, the corporate behind Forest Hills Resort in Frodsham, Cheshire, appointed directors on March 17. Lisa Moxon and Christopher Benjamin Barrett of DSW Enterprise Restoration started a gross sales course of for the lodge, which has been in enterprise for 120 years, shortly afterwards.
The location, which features a leisure membership with a swimming pool, sauna, 58 bedrooms and a restaurant, was then efficiently bought to Elmstech Restricted for £1.55 million.
