Liverpool’s metropolis centre has been swarmed by police.

Cordons are at present in place on Button Avenue, Mathew Avenue, Victoria Avenue and a part of Whitechapel. Massive sections of the Cavern Quarter have been sealed off by officers on Monday, April 6, with police tape additionally extending onto Whitechapel and alongside the HSBC financial institution.
