Motorists confronted rush hour disruption this morning after an accident on the M62 westbound at Junction 27 Gildersome.
One lane was closed following the incident, with site visitors cameras displaying queues constructing within the space. YorkshireLive reported that the onerous shoulder, which often runs as a stay lane, remained closed whereas INRIX warned of queueing site visitors across the junction.
Site visitors knowledge firm INRIX reported earlier: “Queueing site visitors and one lane closed on account of accident on M62 Westbound at J27 M621 (Gildersome). The onerous shoulder, which often runs as a stay lane, is closed.”
