Power large OVO can pay over £2.7 million in redress after failing to supply Heat Dwelling Low cost (WHD) rebates to round 11,646 prospects by the statutory deadline of March 31, 2024.

Of these affected, 7,726 have been on the Precedence Companies Register (PSR), which means they’re classed as susceptible power customers, and 4,066 of these on the PSR have been medically susceptible.
