A stretch of the M4 motorway stays closed tonight within the wake of a severe collision involving a coach and a automotive.
The westbound carriageway is shut in Wiltshire between Junction 14 (Hungerford) and Junction 15 for the A419 at Swindon East, following the smash within the early hours of Sunday morning (April 26).
Officers stay on the scene, with Nationwide Highways warning at 5am on Sunday that “the street is prone to stay closed for a while” whereas accident investigation work is carried out and an oil spillage is handled.
