It was filmed at Co-Op Stay in Manchester, when Billie was shocked on stage by her brother Finneas O’Connell. The Paramount launch will mark her second live performance movie after the discharge of Happier Than Ever: A Love Letter to Los Angeles in 2021, directed by Robert Rodriguez.
