This follows Winn and Pepworth’s sudden entry into voluntary liquidation. The agency was directed by Richard Winn and Jacqueline Pepworth, in response to Corporations Home.

The enterprise is headquartered in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. Paul W. Barber and Paul Stanley from insolvency agency BTG Begbies Traynor had been appointed as liquidators on April 2.
