Day two of the US PGA Championship is right here – and day one wasn’t with out controversy. Scottie Scheffler claimed a share of the first-round lead as Rory McIlroy completed a tough first day seven photographs again.
McIlroy described his opening spherical as “s***” after he completed with 4 successive bogeys. The 37-year-old bogeyed the ultimate 4 holes of his spherical and had two extra on the day with simply two birdies total.
Scheffler was one of many final teams out at Aronimink Golf Membership, on a day the place low scoring had proved elusive. He ended it three below, a part of a seven-way group on the high of a congested leaderboard.
