Russian Vladimir Putin issued chilling threats to Latvia and Lithuania as he warned NATO Moscow may launch assaults.
Putin was responding to a query about feedback made earlier this month by Lithuanian International Minister Kęstutis Budrys, who mentioned NATO wanted to show that it may penetrate Kaliningrad, the Russian exclave on the Baltic coast.
Putin additionally addressed a separate query regarding Russian intelligence claims that Ukraine had despatched drone operators to Latvia. He reiterated that, in Moscow’s view, any location deemed to pose a menace to Russia is taken into account a legit goal.
