Gardai say the person, in his 20s, was arrested on Tuesday afternoon. He was detained beneath provisions of Part 4 of the Prison Justice Act, 1984 at a Garda station in Dublin. The Irish Mirror reported the person was arrested at Dublin Airport this afternoon after he was deported from Brazil.
