Pupils had been put into lockdown of their school rooms on Wednesday after a teenage lady was stabbed at a secondary college close to Norwich. The lady was taken to hospital with minor accidents after the assault at Thorpe St Andrew Faculty, which occurred at about 10.24am on March 11.
A 15-year-old white British boy was arrested close by on suspicion of inflicting grievous bodily hurt with intent and was taken to Wymondham police investigation centre for questioning, Norfolk Police stated. The power had beforehand stated the teenager arrested was aged 16. In an announcement launched on Wednesday afternoon, Norfolk Police stated: “Police had been known as to a faculty on Laundry Lane, Thorpe St Andrew at 10.24am this morning following experiences {that a} teenage lady had been stabbed. The street was closed while emergency companies attended the scene together with fireplace and ambulance. The sufferer was taken to hospital with minor accidents.
