The agency is owned by Ethikos Group, a Deeside-based acquirer of engineering firms, which purchased the Nantwich contractor in 2020, Development Enquirer reported. 

The collapse comes amid mounting pressure throughout the UK development trade. Contractors have been grappling with rising materials and labour prices, tighter margins, delayed tasks and ongoing financial uncertainty, leaving many companies susceptible.
