A pensioner who was thrown out of a store after facial recognition know-how wrongly recognized him as a thief stated he felt “helpless” and “bodily sick” after the ordeal. Ian Clayton, 67, a grandfather from Chester, was advised to go away his native House Bargains after the safety know-how Facewatch incorrectly linked him to a earlier theft.
