Locals dwelling within the shadow of an unfinished £6million “tremendous mosque” say the enormous empty “eyesore” of a constructing has been blighting their lives for nearly a decade. Residents in Gillingham, Kent, complain the barren part-built place of worship is a blot on the panorama which seems to be extra like a disused multi-storey automobile park.

The massive three-storey constructing close to the city’s railway station was to boast a 92-foot excessive minaret, a dome and prayer corridor for each women and men. NHS healthcare assistant Joanne Advantage, 57, who has lived in Gillingham for round 16 years, mentioned: “It is an eyesore and has been like that for fairly some time.
