Pole wielding maniac who pressured pedestrians to run for his or her lives is jailed

Sulieman, of Middlesbrough, has 13 earlier convictions for 21 offences. He pleaded responsible to possession of an offensive weapon, affray and assault by beating and likewise admitted possession of a bladed article following a separate incident in 2024.
