Airspace closures have compelled dozens of airways to cancel morning and early afternoon flights amid escalating Center East tensions.

Air journey throughout key Center Japanese hubs has been severely disrupted on Monday, March 2, 2026, as the continued regional battle has compelled near-total shutdowns of exits. Airports in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, and elements of Cyprus are working underneath “floor cease” or “suspended” standing, prompting airways to cancel flights scheduled for the morning and early afternoon.
Here’s a full checklist of flight cancellations in the present day:
Dubai (DXB & DWC)
- British Airways – Cancelled all providers in the present day
- Lufthansa / Swiss – Suspended till March 7
- Wizz Air / Ryanair – All flights to/from Amman suspended till March 7
- Pegasus Airways – Suspended till March 6
- Air Arabia – Suspended till March 3
Beirut (BEY)
- Center East Airways (MEA) – Working a really restricted “emergency” schedule
- Air France / Transavia – All flights cancelled
- Lufthansa Group – Suspended till March 7
- Turkish Airways / Pegasus – Suspended till March 6
- Aegean Airways – Suspended till tonight (assessment pending)
- EgyptAir – All flights to Beirut suspended
