Second GB Information star’s confronted by Iran protesters – ‘They should not be doing this!’

GB Information host Alex Armstrong was confronted by pro-Iran protesters at a rally in central London as we speak whereas the cameras have been rolling for the information channel. As he was speaking to viewers, Alex was immediately approached by protesters holding massive indicators which lined his face and the digicam.

The presenter, who was attempting to report safely on the pedestrian pathway, advised the demonstrators they wanted to face on the opposite aspect of a barrier in the event that they wished to take part within the rally. He firmly mentioned: “If you wish to protest, try to be on that aspect of the barrier. That is for pedestrians.” Nonetheless, they lined his face once more, inflicting Alex to push the indicators away as he grew visibly annoyed.

Alex advised colleague Andrew Pierce, who was within the studio watching the antics unfold in actual time: “We’re clearly attempting to be right here, and attempting to cease us from doing our job.

“Now, that is in fact a pedestrian a part of the protest, so what they don’t seem to be allowed to do is that they should not be truly coming as much as me right here.”

Alex then shared: “You guys should be on that aspect of the barrier or the police will arrest you, so please transfer alongside.”

Rising aggravated, the GB Information reporter mentioned he was “simply attempting to report what is going on on in Britain”.

He added: “That is the kind of stuff we get once we’re attempting to only report the information, simply attempting to report the information and report the protest.

“In fact, these gents right here are literally not allowed to be legally doing this; they may get in lots of hassle, and they need to be on that aspect of the protest.”

When the boys moved alongside, Alex shared: “These gents are free to protest, and now they’re transferring alongside, nice. However that is the kind of stuff I have been getting as we speak, Andrew.

“In fact, a lot of persons are very, very upset about us being right here, however that is what we do, we report either side of the story.”
