Former Arsenal and Liverpool goalkeeper Alex Manninger has died on the age of 48.

Former Arsenal and Liverpool goalkeeper Alex Manninger has tragically died on the age of 48 after his automotive was struck by a practice. The incident came about on the Salzburg native railway in Nussdorf am Haunsberg, in Austria, in line with native police. He received the Premier League and FA Cup with the Gunners in 1998.
Manninger went on to play for the likes of Juventus, Udinese, Torino and Crimson Bull Salzburg earlier than returning to England with Liverpool in 2016. The Austrian FA and Crimson Bull Salzburg confirmed his passing on social media, with the membership writing: “We mourn our former goalkeeper Alexander Manninger, who tragically misplaced his life in a site visitors accident.”
